Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver across India. Cash on Delivery is also available across most serviceable pin codes.

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on most orders. Simply add your products to the cart and select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your order status.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3–5 business days

Do you charge extra for delivery?
We offer free shipping across India on prepaid orders. COD orders may carry an additional handling charge, depending on the order value and delivery location.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the damaged product and packaging.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can request cancellation or changes within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within the given time period.
For apparel or size-related issues, exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
For handcrafted, home décor, jewellery, or delicate items, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or design are natural and not considered defects. Exchanges are accepted only if the product arrives damaged during transit.

Why can’t I see Cash on Delivery at checkout?
COD may not be available for some pin codes or remote locations. If COD is not showing for your address, you can contact us and our team will assist you.
