11. Replacement and Exchange Policy

11.1 Eligibility for Replacement/Exchange

Products may be eligible for replacement or exchange under the following conditions:

- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery
- The request is made within the specified time period as mentioned in our Replacement and Exchange Policy
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase is provided

11.2 Non-Eligible Items

Certain products may not be eligible for replacement or exchange, including but not limited to:

- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Products without original tags, labels, or packaging
- Perishable goods, intimate wear, or hygiene-related products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products explicitly marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable

11.3 Replacement/Exchange Process

To initiate a replacement or exchange:

- Contact our customer service within same day of the date of delivery
- Provide order details, product information, and reason for replacement/exchange
- Our team will verify the eligibility and provide further instructions
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging

11.4 Quality Check

All returned products will undergo a quality check upon receipt. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to reject the replacement/exchange request and may return the product to you at your expense.

11.5 Replacement/Exchange Timeline

Once we receive and verify the returned product:

- Replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Exchanges will be processed subject to availability of the requested product
- If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or issue a store credit coupon

11.6 Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges for replacement due to defective, damaged, or incorrect products will be borne by Customer.
- For exchanges based on customer preference (size, color, etc.), shipping charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of the request

11.7 Store Credit Coupon

In case a replacement or exchange is not feasible, we may issue a store credit coupon as follows:

- The coupon will be equivalent to the value of the returned product
- The coupon will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance
- The coupon can be used for purchasing any products available on the Website
- The coupon is non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder to whom it was issued
- The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash
- Only one coupon can be used per transaction unless otherwise specified
- If the purchase value exceeds the coupon value, the remaining amount must be paid through available payment methods
- If the purchase value is less than the coupon value, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward
- Expired coupons cannot be reactivated or extended
- The coupon code and validity period will be communicated via email or available in your account dashboard
